Each year, the European Road Safety Awards honour exemplary European initiatives led by road safety associations. The winners are selected by a jury of European experts from public institutions, associations and the world of science.

This 8th edition of the ERSA places particular emphasis on "road safety for motorcyclists" by devoting its Special Award to the topic and by holding a European colloquium on the safety of vulnerable users.

The Awards ceremony will take place on Thursday, 15th October, in Paris.

Programme:

  • Roundtable from 2.pm on " Vulnerable road users: Vulnerable road users: what solutions are available to improve their safety effectively?»
  • Award ceremony at 6.pm (total prize fund 47 000 €)

Under the High Patronage of: Jean-Louis Borloo, State Minister, Minister for Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and Maritime Affairs, responsible for Green Technologies and Climate Negotiations. And of the Ministry of the Interior, the Overseas Territories and Local Authorities
